What I Ate Wednesday

Hello My Loves

Welcome to another What I Ate Wednesday. I hope you all are having a lovely week so far!

Breakfast
I had my usual Weetabix with SuperMilk and some banana.

Mid-Morning Snack
I was in the maternity hospital for the morning having a check up, so I brought yet another banana as my snack and a litre of water.

Lunch
I had a tomato and basil wrap with spinach, melted low fat cheese, cucumber and tomato.  I had my usual de-caf coffee.

Dinner
Hubbie and I try go out for dinner mid week.  Today we went to Milano's. (Pizza Express in the UK)

Hubbie got the Americano hot pizza and a coke.

I had the Pollo Pesto, pasta, chicken, onion and cheese, with some water. It was yummy!

Desert:

We had some of my homemade healthy apple crumble when we got home.  This is made with wholemeal flour, apple, low fat butter, raisins, almond flakes and agave nectar as the natural low fat sweetener. Let me know if you want me to do a blog post on it.  I topped this off with natural yogurt.

What did you eat Wednesday?

Love, Mini

  10. Every time I read one of your What I Eat Wednesday posts, it makes me feel so guilty about what I eat. Haha! Mine is loaded with chocolate, junk food, Pepsi and then the usual friend food or pasta. Eek! LOL!
