What I Ate Wednesday

Hello My Loves

Welcome to another What I ate Wednesday! I love doing these and you all seem to like them too which is a win win!  I like reading other people's food diaries too as I get lots of tips.  Sometimes it can be so hard trying to think of something different to make for dinner or lunch!

Breakfast:

Weetabix with Super-Milk and some warm water with lemon

Lunch:

Wholemeal wrap with spinach, low fat cream cheese, tomato, low fat cheese and cucumber.
To drink I had a decaf coffee.

Mid-Afternoon Snack:

My homemade cashew butter and oatmeal cookies.  Click here for the recipe. These bad boys are the only thing to satisfy my pregnancy hunger when it hits between meals. Because I have made them myself I know they are full of goodness.

Dinner:

Brown rice taco's with peppers, onion and chili.  Washed down with some milk.  I had some heartburn which is a lovely side effect of pregnancy and milk helps.

Desert:

Normally I don't eat sweets or cake Monday to Friday, but my husband brought home some biscuit cake from his parents house and I couldn't resist a small slice. I suffered for this though, as my heartburn got so bad after eating it. I guess it was the clean eating gods punishing me lol!

Remember, if you want to see more of these enter your email on the box on the right hand side to stay up to date!

What did you eat Wednesday?

Love, Mini
