Curraghchase House and Forest Park, Ireland

Hello My Loves

This post is a bit different from the normal fitness and beauty posts I do.  I wanted to share with you all a really beautiful part of the countryside of Ireland where I grew up.
This is Curraghchase House and it is set in a picturesque forest park.  It is about 20 minutes from Adare, County Limerick, a really popular tourist village.

I grew up with this on my doorstep but never fail to appreciate the beauty of the place, whatever the season.  As you will see in the photographs, I was lucky enough to be there on a sunny day, but my favourite time of year to be there is Autumn when all the leaves start turning gold and red.

It always reminds me of Downton Abbey and I find myself imagining what it would have been like when people were living in 'the big house'.  I will now let the photographs do the rest of the talking!

Love, Mini
