What I Ate Wednesday

Hello My Loves


Breakfast:

Weetabix with some low fat milk




I had a decaff green tea and 750ml of water in the morning when I got to work.




Lunch:
I had brown pitta bread toasted with some spinach, cheese, grapes, avocado, and a drizzle of low fat Caesar salad dressing.  I had some mi-wadi orange with this.  I got to eat this outside in my garden at lunch, as the weather was so sunny and bright.



Mid-Afternoon Snack:

I had a Glenisk Organic Fat Free Yoghurt in Strawberry





Dinner:
Wednesday is usually a mid-week treat where we go out for our dinner, so we went to Milano's and we ate outside. It was beautiful beside the river Shannon eating our dinner al-fresco. It felt like we were on holidays.  

We started with some almond, chickpeas and toasted nuts with a coke zero for me and hubbie had a beer. 




I had penne pasta with a spicy tomato sauce, chicken and peppers and my hubbie had a spicy pizza. It was so nice and tasty.  I was full all evening after mine!
