Manifesting Monday

Hello My Loves

I hope you had a lovely weekend. I had a really chilled out one, I ate, I read and I relaxed! Some of my favourite things to do!

Yesterday, after I finished reading my current book, I thought to myself, how will I spend the rest of my afternoon? The house was clean (relatively speaking!), the laundry was done and I didn't want to eat any more cookies out of boredom. I remembered a recent interview with Conor McGregor where he spoke about how he applied the Law of Attraction in his life and uses it to manifest his success.

That's when I decided to spend the rest of my afternoon feeding my spiritual soul. It had been a while since I did a re-focus of what I want to manifest in my life.

One of my favourite ways to manifest is through the use of a Vision Board or Manifesting Board, whichever you would rather call it. You should place your vision board in a place where you will see it often, so perhaps, on the wall beside your bed, or on the refrigerator, or near your bathroom mirror. The principle behind it is that by looking at the images often, you will feel the feelings of actually having those things and hence, attract them into your life.

Vision boards and manifesting have worked in wondrous ways for me since I started using them. In the last 4 years my life has changed for the better in so many ways. Looking back at old vision boards, so much of what has been on them has been manifested by me and is now my reality. For example, I am currently building my dream home with my amazing husband. I have gotten laser eye surgery after longing for it for over a decade! I could go on with many more but you get the idea. All these have been manifested by me applying the Law of Attraction.

I have some easy ways for you to get started with your own vision board;

1. Choose Your Images Carefully
I Google image search what I want until I find an image that really resonates with a positive feeling inside me. I need to feel connected to that image and it needs to make me feel good about the thing I want to manifest.

2. Place The Board Somewhere You See it Often
There is no point in putting it in the garage if you will never see it there. Put it next to the television or on the notice board in the kitchen. Somewhere that you will see it throughout your day.

3. You can add images of yourself
For example, if you want to loose weight, and you have an image of yourself where you were the  weight you want to be, then stick that picture on your vision board

4. Feel the feelings
Really feel what it would be like to be handed the keys to that car, or to feel the sun on your skin as you lie on the beach on your dream holiday.  It is these feelings that are inside yourself that manifest it as your reality.

5. The Sky is the Limit
Use your imagination, go wild! The only restrictions on what you can manifest are the core beliefs inside yourself that limit you.

I would love to see your vision boards. Post to instagram with the tag #manifestingwithmini and I can see them all :)

Love, Mini
